Studio Health and Safety Environment

At Treasured Memories Photography Studio Health and Safety is my main priority at all times, including flu season and during this epidemic. I have introduced some extra safety measures, in addition to my current measures.  I would like to share the current steps I am taking to ensure the studio environment remains safe and clean for your photo session. Some of these precautions include:

  • Deep cleaning of the studio after every session and prior to new clients arriving.
  • Newborn and baby bookings will be limited to only ONE per day with 24 hours between sessions.
  • Sessions will be for immediate family only and guests are currently prohibited.
  • I will be wearing Mask and Gloves during your session and ask that you wear mask or mouth covering as well when not be photographed.
  • Clients will be asked to wash your hands upon arrival at my studio and/or use hand sanitizer that is provided.
  • Clients and photographers temperature will be taken at the studio before entering.
  • Minimizing prop use by not reusing props until they have been deep cleaned/sanitized and left isolated for 72 hours after use.
  • All fabrics or outfits used will be washed immediately after each session.
  • Asking clients to reschedule if they feel unwell, even if it is mild.
  • Asking clients to leave immediately if they present with a consistent cough, fever or any other symptoms and carrying out a deep clean of the studio environment.
  • If I feel unwell, even mildy, I will contact you immediately to rearrange our session.

We will now be including additional screening and health prep guide as part of our session contract agreements.  All clients must adhere to this prep guide prior to and during their session with me, which I’m sure you will understand.
